Policies about machines

Time. At Last Drop Margaritas we count on the best machines for margaritas and daiquiris, the approximate time to make them is 30 to 40 minutes indoors for single machines and 1 to 1.30 hours for double machines.
If you use the single margarita machines outdoors it takes between 1:30 to 2 hours in the shade (depends on climate).
The double margarita machine cannot be used outside in summer or temperatures above 70 degrees.
Our machines should be connected directly to the power outlet and under no circumstances should an extension cord be used.
For rentals: If you need us to pick up the margarita machine on the same day before 11:00 pm there’s a $30 charge or $50 after 11:00pm until 1:00 am. If we pick it up the next day it's free. If you need us to pick it up the next day before confirming your order, we need to know what time you’d like us to be there.
If the margarita machine will be set up in your backyard, it needs to be brought through the interior of the house to reach the patio. It's very difficult to move the machine over grass because it's quite heavy. So please ensure there's a clear, step-free path inside the house for delivery.
In the event that you don't have the liquor ready at the time our team makes the delivery, Last Drop Margaritas is not responsible for the machine's operation or any issues with the mix preparation if the proper ingredients aren't available.
The liquor needs to be provided by our costumers.
In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable.

Policies about mixes

Last Drop Margaritas is not responsible for extra mixes that the client orders and does not use, nor are we responsible for the machines malfunctioning or the elaboration on how the drinks are made.
If the client doesn't have the liquor by time of the delivery arrival it is the clients responsibility to have the liquor ready so that once the delivery arrives the workers can give instructions on how to make the drinks and see how the equipment is working.
If the client doesn't have any liquor by the time we arrive, we do not have time to wait and we are not responsible for the elaboration on how the drinks are made nor the functioning of the machine.

Policies about Bounce Houses

You’ll need to check the measurements of where you’re going to put the bounce house and make sure that the area is free of branches and debris at the bottom, as well that there’s no tree branches that can possibly cause damage the top. Silly string and candies are not allowed in the bounce house or water slide.
If you rent a water slide, it’s your responsibility to provide the necessary water hoses ( in good conditions ).
On Sunday, we deliver in the morning and pick it up the same day before 10:00 pm.
If you need the bounce house in your front yard, it must be picked up the same day no later than 10:00 pm.
In case of rain on the day of your order, you can change the day, but we don’t offer refunds.
We require a $50 deposit to confirm your order ( the deposit will be discounted from your balance ) Until we receive the deposit your order has not been made, after confirming you cannot cancel. ( it’s a non refundable deposit ).
